Drag a player from the bench onto a spot — or just tap a spot to pick. Tap a player to add a stat.
Tip: add everyone once — the roster carries across every game of the season.
If a download is blocked on your tablet, the data appears in a box you can copy and paste into an email.
This whole app is one file — flag-football-tracker.html. Attach it to an email; the other coach saves it and opens it. No internet needed once it's on the device.
Windows / Edge tablet — easiest. Save the attachment, then tap it. It opens in Edge and works fully. Games save on that device automatically.
Android. Save the attachment, then open it with Chrome (long-press the file → Open with → Chrome). Don't use the mail app's built-in preview.
If you see the buttons and the empty green field but nothing responds and no player circles appear, you're looking at a file preview, not a browser. Previews don't run the code that makes this work.
On iPhone / iPad this is the normal behaviour — tapping an HTML attachment in Mail or Files only ever shows a dead preview. To actually use it on an iPhone you need one of these:
• open the app from a web address instead of a file, or
• install a file app with a real browser built in (Documents by Readdle is free) and open the file inside it.
A Windows tablet or an Android phone with Chrome has no such problem — the file just works.
